Monica is a mom, wife, teacher and follower of Christ.  Monica spent seven impactful years in the elementary school classroom, where her passion and dedication to her students earned her significant recognition. She was named Elementary Teacher of the Year in her school district, went on to serve a Region XI’s Elementary Teacher of the Year award.  Monica earned her Masters of Education in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and was recognized as one of the top 20 educators in the state of Texas where she was invited to be part of a round-table discussion with the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, on the subject of education.  She has a heart for children and believes every child has the potential to be a world changer.
